Help - just opened Ebay shop and have a problem!!

Hi, can anyone help? I just uploaded everything to my shop on Ebay but in the postage & packaging box on the left hand side it's still showing previous instructions from something I sold previously - I've been going round in circles trying to update this information as it is completely wrong but I can't find a way to do it!

I presume you mean the Promo boxes,
if so this link will take you to the correct page in your eBay shop & then you need to select the promo box you wish to edit & select EDIT from the drop down box on the right.
The first page asks where you want the promo box & the second page asks for the details within the promo box0 -
