DELL 0% Finance rip off

I placed an order on the dell website using the 0% Finance offer, which is 12months and then a final payment on the 13th month this means you only pay back the cash price.
After receiving the finance agreement from Dell today it says in small I must pay £52.88 document charge. It did not mention anywhere on the Dell site about the document charge, it seems to be very misleading.
I was sure they are supposed to put any realted charges for the finace on the web site, I also tried calling Dell and none of there staff seemed to know about the charge either. I
Is this right can they just tack charges on after you have placed the order?

No mention of the £52.880 -
ahaaa, that is true, I didn't notice they had different small print on home and small business. I think you have your point there, stand on, but in the unlikely event that you loose, you can still cancell (am I right?).Life should not be taken seriously, as no one would get out alive0

I was under the impression that if fees and charges like this were included then they had to be included in the APR. If they dont the I whould have thought that then they would be in breach of the consumer credit act - unless you are not purchasing it as a consumer.0

Ring Dell and discuss it with them. They will usually ring you back to save you the cost of the call. I always ring them anyway as they will give you the online price plus a discount, or freebies if you ask. If they have made a mistake with this fee, they should be even more willing to offer you a better deal. (They once refunded me delivery I hadn't even paid for because the delivery man was so nasty)0

OP is buying from business site, therefore not buying as a consumer.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
