Cooling off period,car insurance

Hi,
Just changed my car insurance provider,but I would like to go back to the former due to many unfavourable clauses in this new one.I did everything online.I have received documents relating to this,one of which states I have a 14 day cooling of period.Does this mean I can cancel without any charges to myself?
