simplified divorce form - scotland

Hi

I've had my affidavit of the form witnessed & completed by the Justice of Peace today. I'm going back in to the Sheriff Court tomorrow to submit the form. I'm having a wee bit of trouble with section section 5 of part 1 of the form - the jurisdiction part A & the part C bit. I live in scotland - have done all my life & so does my soon-to-be ex husband - so do I tick all the boxes in the jurisdiction part? Also - tick all part C boxes? Been in our current addresses for over 40 days & not planning on going anywhere.

Any replies & help appreciated !

I've just filed almost the same papers (mine is a dissolution, not a divorce though) and had the same dilemma, but you tick the box which is the most appropriate to your situation now - in my case it was that I have been here for over a year.

I had all of that filled in before I had mine notarised, though, and my notary was kind enough to skim through it to ensure that all was in order before advising me to submit.
