Right folks, thought I would offer a little bit of my knowledge on this board for all you up and coming businesses... just remember me when you're rich...

Todays tip of the day...

I have heard recommendations recently about this company:

Looks like a very good deal (a.k.a. FREE) and should give your business that professional feel...

For those too lazy to click and read, its basically a free 0844 (local rate) number for your business but better than that, they offer loads of features such as:

- voicemail that is sent to you as a wav file....
- redirect your calls to any landline at the click of a mouse
- callls can be re-directed to multiple lines in sucession
- call queueing
- full lists of who has called you, when, how long for etc...

Like I said, I have heard they are very good and I also believe they are free..

More money saving... you're business cards will never have your "old number" on them because if you move house / office then you simply re-direct the number...

Hope this helps, I have certainly advised all my start-ups to look into getting one.

dont think it will be suitable for me ...at the moment anyway.... i use a seperate mobile no.. just for my 'business' calls.....

but just out of interest.... if the service is free.. how do the website make their money ?

it looks a good service if your phone line is busy a lot of the time....

I am a member of this service and highly recommend it. It certainly adds a level of professionalism to my calls and it gives a lot more services than any other free service I have used.
