Well done Interflora!

Thought I'd post a wee bit of praise for Interflora's customer services rescue.

Last week I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and paid extra to be delivered on the Sunday. They actually arrived on the Friday, spoiling the surprise so I wrote to Interflora to complain, and asked for a refund.

I got a note back from their customer services team telling me that they're happy to give me a refund, not just for the postage but for the whole order.

Well done Interflora! I'll have no concerns about ordering with them again. That's great customer service recovery in action right there.
