Wescot/Lloyds TSB

Options
Hi everyone :)

I took out an overdraft of £3000 a few years back with Lloyds TSB.

Last year I got made redundant and since then haven't worked. Im now a full time college student and because of this I'm unable to claim any benefits. I have zero money, and thanks to still living with my parents, I have food etc.

I received a letter today from Wescot demanding the money back within 10 days otherwise they'll take legal action. I'm so scared.
I'm going to university in September and I will be able to pay back some of the money then from my loans and bursaries but at the moment, I cant even afford to pay £1.

I need help :(

Thanks

Phone wescott up and explain the situation as ignoring these people only makes it worse.

They'll ask you for an SOA which you should put what you can only afford and no more.
  • Im going to call them tomorrow, so scared of what they will say :(
