long story but after purchasing 2 x 2 seater recliners, which upon delivery was damaged by courier,DFS agreed to repair. Frank their agent came to effect repair which also did not go smoothly he had trouble getting the recliner to work, he asked my husband for some dw40 which he forgot to bring with him, sometime during the repair he damaged my laminate floor, which their repair agent said he did not do, but we know the floor was not damaged prior their visit, it could have been made by the generator the guy used for his staple gun, i have some of the staple bits he left on my floor after he left, the store manager will do nothing about the damage, where do i go from here please, any advice is useful?
