How do you know?, do you know every employee who works for the NHS?
Well precisely, I think both sides of the argument should stop making such sweeping generalisations.0 -
I used to work for the NHS as a health professional and I hated it. I can't understand why anyone would want to go back to working there.
I loved the work itself, liked most of my colleagues, but hated the cold, bureaucratic, approach to patient care by those at the top and the intense pressure to ship them out as soon as possible, so I left. I do a totally different job now and have never looked back.
There was no 'sucking-up' where I was, everyone just wanted the best for the patients and was frustrated at the constant pressure.2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30000 -
