IFlorest complaint - Help trying to get refund

Hi There, I am looking for some advice on getting a refund. Basically I purchased some flowers from IFlorest over the internet for my mother to be delivered on the Sunday just past. I ordered them on Thursday and had confirmation by email that they would be delivered on the Sunday. Sadly they did not turn up until late Monday afternoon when my Mother works so she didnt get to enjoy them until Tueday.
Now looking on their website terms and condition it says "5.5 Orders placed specifically for Free Mother's DayWeekend Delivery may be delivered the Friday, Saturday or Sunday of MotheringSunday weekend. While we shall always try to adhere to your chosen deliverydate, this is a preference and is not guaranteed. All Mother's Day orders arehowever guaranteed for delivery in time for Mothering Sunday." So does this mean i am entitled to a refund?
I phoned them on the Monday and complained. The call centre couldnt put me through to the complaints dept but would take a message and i would get a reply shortly. Ive made another call since and got the same response.
Can someone confirm if they agree, From looking at their T&C they have broken the agreement and therefore i should be entitled to a refund?
HSome advice on how i can get them to answer me and refund me my money when i cannot get past the call centre and no one will reply to my complaint?
Any help and advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Cameron
