I just felt the need today to share the fact the Red Spotted Hanky make me happy! I'm getting fe up of hearing myself moan all the time so here is some positivity.
I buy over £200 of train tickets every month and always used to use The Trainline or Virgin ... until I discovered Red Spotted Hanky. Who are soooo much better than their competitors and offer a great service because ..
1. No booking fee
2. No credit card fee
3. Loyalty scheme that collects points quickly and pays out on useful things like Argos and boots vouchers
4. Cash back available from cashback sites
5. promotional codes pop up every so often (usually £10 off)
6. quick and effective refunds
7. very helpful UK based staff that are happy to help
I think the Trainline could learn a lot from them!

Seconded.
I managed to get a lot of Tesco vouchers swapped for 3x face value. (It's 2x now).
And I've always had excellent service. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
