Too late to claim back tax on savings interest for 2008/09?

As per the title, is it too late to claim back tax paid on savings interest for the tax year ending 2009? Using form R40, of course.
HMRC website (http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/incometax/tax-free-interest.htm) says:
I am assuming 2008-09 would be 5th April 2013, but as it is not listed, I thought I would ask here.
The amount is only in the region of £10-20, but still, is for me Grand-ma-ma!
