MCOL or Local Court ?

Hi i'm due to file my 2 claims against Lloyds TSB next weds I am just wondering whether the process to be quicker via MCOL or the local court as i'm not sure which route to take. Also, I'm not sure what to do if going to my local court ? What do I ask for ? Do I pay the fees there and then the same as MCOL ?

Many thanks in advance

As you are unsure about what to do in the local i would suggest you file your claim via MCOL as it would be easier (IMO). I've only just filed mine today by the website. Go to the 'reclaim your bank charges help thread' i think it would help.
