    You could always use the "Forum Search" on MSE which will search through the full MSE forum.

    Though finding information on a forum is best done with Google Advanced Search.

    For the MSE forum, limit your search to forums.moneysavingexpert.com.

    Yay!!! I found one finally!!

    I tried to post a link for others in my predicament, but I'm too new.

    The topic I found is called "New Lloyds Vantage current account" and was started by Geoffo M on the 2nd Feb 2012.

    Depends on what that particular bank requires in the form of funding: For example, the smile current account T&Cs require that a regular payment such as wages, salary or pension is paid into the account whereas Santander's blurb for the 123 current account says fund the account with £500 a month. Presumably with the latter the £500 total can be from anywhere or even the result of withdrawing and re-depositing.
