Does Selftrade hate me?

Hi,

I´ve been with Selftrade for a few years and never had any major problems with the online customer service. Well, up until now that is.....

After a long time of inactivity, I´ve sent some messages to their online service team but I struggle to get any meaningful feedback from them. It takes up to a week before they even read the messages and if they bother to reply at all, they manage to ignore the actual question asked and rather provide some meaningless feedback.

Question: What´s your experience with Selftrade of late? Is it only bad luck that I struggle to get any help from them or has the quality of their service really gone downhill? I am considering switching to H-L where I currently only have my SIPP.
