bad credit which high interest cards?

Hi, were going on holiday soon and will be hiring a car, unfortunately the driver needs a credit card for the car hirer to take a payment of 400 which will be refundable on the return of the car but he has a very poor credit rating so was wondering if he would be accepted for one of the very high interest rate cards then after the holiday cut it up, which ones best? many thanks Cheryl :j
