Three 'technical issue' on website

Be careful if you try to buy the Essential Internet SIM 600 12 months tariff from the Three website. When you click to order it - your basket shows up as £12.90 rather than £9.90 even though it clearly states that it is from £9.90.

Have just been web-chatting with one of their sales assistants and apparently their web site has a technical issue and the offer is now over. Apparently they stopped selling it for £9.90 on 10th March - so they have been mis-advertising the product for three days now.:eek:

I've got a lovely transcript of the discussion and am very tempted to email it over to Watchdog.

Why? Apart from not being on, it's only incompetence, nothing more - a program based on that would be boring in the extreme.
