How does one qualify for a "business"?

    by genuinely being one.

As it says in the quidco terms and conditions "any members....applying to Scottish Power with fraudulent details or intent to deceive will have their Quidco account and cashback terminated without notice. "

    Quite right too.

Definitely not. And if you were to sign up for it as a business account, then you'd be tied in long-term on unfavourable rates compared to domestic.
