Has anybody else had problems with London & Country?, I know Martin rates them, but on the basis that they will not phone me back I can't comment other than to say that a company that doesn't respond to contact requests doesn't fill me with confidence...

I dont know if he rates them. However, we know he names them as they have the capacity to take the business this site can generate. However, all the small local broker firms doing the same thing have the capacity as well.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I called yesterday and spoke with a very helpful advisor who got the ball rolling immediately. Service has been good so far but only had early stage contact.0

Looking to raise additional buy to let mortgage We already have one with Mortgage Works but they don't deal direct with the applicant; want the light refurb product and wish to buy at auction but don't have the cash to both buy and refurb0 -

We need a broker to process the application for MIP and then complete the application if we get one of the properties we are interested in0

I got my mortgage through them. They were cheaper than all the high street lenders and several brokers (I had a default on my credit record at the time, no longer though).
I couldn't recommend them enough; knowledgable, courteous and did what they said on the tin! My parents used them last time for their remortgage and got a similar experience.0 -
