After 30 yrs BT and I part company.

    Mozzanov if you are looking to using a voip service I can recommend sipgate who give you a UK local number FOC and if you want to make outgoing calls just add a tenner to your account.

    I have used their service for over 5years and it really is very good.
  • I work for a BT reseller, and the amount of people that seem to think we magically buy the whole line once they're with us is madness.

    They suddenly expect us to fix any issues without involving BT - no love, the BT engineer will see you Monday. :p
