**Waiting for a BIG win!**
Thank you all posters!

I picked up twelve butter and eight yogurts. Instead of sticking them all in MY freezer I divided it up into four lots of three butter and two yogurt packs and gave one to my friend, one to my BFs mum, one to BFs auntie and one for my freezer.
Doesn't make sense to me to stockpile something which can expire in the chest freezer - sharing the glitch with family and friends is good karmaDebt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
This time I'm on top of it! We live and learn :coffee:0 -

I placed an order online last night for collection today. The online order for 20 ICBINB and 4 x 4pack yogurt (plus some cat food) showed total savings of £43.98 but on collection the savings are only £24.57, they've gone through as BOGOF not BOG3F. I rejected the yogurt as they had substituted peach instead of the pear flavour I ordered, despite a specific note to the picker that strawberry was an acceptable sub but NOT peach. However, the Click and Collect staff said the glitch price difference was not something they can help with and I have to ring Customer Service. The order was on my son's online account and he's not able to ring them, though it was paid for with my debit card, so apparently we're stuck with a load of spread we'd never have bought if not for the glitch, I intended to share the freebies around family and my retired neighbour. Lesson learned - next time I will drive to the store the same day and not risk it online for the next day.0

Yogurts not working in P0ntypr1dd extra this lunchtime...didn't try the butter. Can people say which store they tried if it didn't work so to save others a wasted journey?

That's interesting, they told me they can't do refunds based on a price query, they could only take off the substitution. Oh well, they're in the freezer now and it's not worth the round trip to drive back to the store.0
