Is it possible to take out a policy for liability insurance only - on a rental property or do you have to take out a policy for cost of rebuild etc.
Thanks, mogs

Its not a standard policy but speak to a local broker (not swinton) and they will be able to arrange it for you. Due to it being non-standard it may well be more expensive than the normal package policy.
I assume you have no mortgage or other things secured against the property as these almost certainly require you to have buildings insurance0 -
Yes thats right no mortgage or things secured on property so i want to just be certain i have legal cover and maybe rebuild? not sure but will ring around and see what it costs. If its dearer i guess i'd just stick with the normal package policy.
Thanks for your reply
