Santander agm - a farce?

Santander have gone to great lengths this year to entice ordinary small shareholders to cast their votes on 16 individual points. If we vote they are offering a payment to charity and the chance of winning a number of different prizes in a draw for only those whom vote. That sounds great except I don't think most voters will know what they are voting for and they will only be interested in winning a prize. Santander have said what the vote relates to but they fail to explain the pros and cons. Most of the information is too technical to understand or will require a very involved investigation which would be impossible for most of us. I've complained to Santander asking for simple advice on the benefits of voting one way or the other (for 16 questions to vote on) and they are not interested - just say that they have said what the proposals are - what good is that if they don't explain what they mean or the consequences? Are there any clever dicks out there that can advise me on the most important point to vote against or in favor of? :j

Tick anything I doubt it will make any difference against the investment industry block voting."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....
