RedLetterDays Help!

Hi Guy's
I'm wondering if someone can give me any advice?
I booked a Red Letter Day for my husband and got sent all the bumf.
Here's my dilemma: In Bold red writing it says: Your booking must be made by 27.06.2013
and on the voucher itself it says: Valid until 27.06.2013
On the other side of the page where you have Dress Code, Duration, Weather and Venue info, in small standard black font under availability heading: Sundays only. Must be booked and taken by 28 October 2012.
Now I clearly didn't see this and when I went to book, this particular experience is no longer available?
I have asked for a Refund and have even sent a link to the sale of goods act 1979 but still they haven't budged.
Am I entiteled to a refund?
xx

What do you mean you didn't see this, was it in the terms and conditions before you paid? If it was and you didn't bother to read them you are on very shaky ground.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
