1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Paperchase, the Douglas Hotel, Glenisle Hotel & Bistro, Buchan Ness Lighthouse, Cruden Bay Golf Club, Spoons B&B, MV Stardust, Uig Pottery, Blythswood Square, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to take part & to be awarded prize.
4. Draw closes 16.04.13.

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win 1 of 4 prize breaks. Prize 1 includes; 1 x stay for 2 people for 2 nights to the 4-star Douglas Hotel, Brodick. Stay is on a bed and breakfast basis, based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room. Prize also includes 1 x evening meal for 2 at the Glenisle Hotel & Bistro, Isle of Arran. Prize 2 includes; 1 x 2-night stay for 2 at the 5-star Blythswood Square, Glasgow. Prize is on a bed and breakfast basis, based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room and includes an afternoon tea for 2 people on one afternoon. Prize 3 includes; 1 x 2-night stay at 5-star Spoons B&B, Isle of Skye. Stay is on a bed and breakfast basis, based on 2 people sharing a double room. Prize also includes; 1 x 1-2 hour boat trip with MV Stardust, Isle of Skye; 1 x pottery throwing experience for 2 at Uig Pottery, Isle of Skye. Prize 4 includes; 1 x 2-night stay at 4-star Buchan Ness Lighthouse, Boddam. Stay is on a self-catering basis, based on 2 people sharing a cottage. Prize also includes 1 x round of golf (18 holes) for 2 people at Cruden Bay Golf Course.
8. Each prize also includes £100 maximum travel allowance in total. Travel allowance will be paid once the prize winner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
9. In addition to the 4 main prizes, there will be 24 runners up, who will each win a Paperchase travel product, including sketchbooks, notebooks, photo albums, iPad covers, iPhone covers, journals and luggage tags.
10. All prize breaks must be taken in full before 01.11.13, with the exception of prize break 3 which must be taken by 01.05.14
11. Meal at Glenisle Hotel & Bistro is a 3-course meal from the a la carte menu and does not include drinks. £3 supplement applies on steaks, and for any daily specials costing more than £15.
12. Round of golf at Cruden Bay is valid Monday to Friday only, and does not include equipment hire.
13. Accommodation at Spoon’s B&B is subject to availability, and is not available between 1st November 2013 and mid-March 2014.
14. The main prizes do not include any travel insurance, any other meals or related living expenses. All travel and accommodation are at winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Taxes, fuel surcharges, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner.
15. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary. Travel companions must be 18 or over unless winner is travel companion’s parent or legal guardian. Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to travel. Winner and travel companions will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements relating to acceptance and use of the prize package and must have no impediment to entering Scotland. Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
16. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as detailed above in point 7.
17. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
18. One winner will be drawn at random per week from week commencing 01.04.13 until week commencing the 22.04.13 under independent supervision from all entries received by COP on the Tuesday of the week before and will be notified in writing within 28 days of 16.04.13. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Each winner will be allocated 1 of the 4 available prize breaks. Closing dates for specific destinations are: Arran - 26 March, Glasgow - 2nd April, Skye - 9th April, Aberdeenshire - 16 April. Prize allocation is final, prizes will not be interchangeable and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Six runners up will be drawn at random per week as per condition 18 from all entrants received up to the Tuesday of the week before under independent supervision and notified in writing within 28 days of the 16.04.13. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Each runner up will be allocated a product by Paperchase. Prizes will vary.
20. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of first notification attempt, if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
21. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
22. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
23. By participating, and insofar as is permitted by law, entrants, winner and travel companions agree to release and hold harmless VisitScotland, Paperchase, the Douglas Hotel, Glenisle Hotel & Bistro, Buchan Ness Lighthouse, Cruden Bay Golf Club, Spoons B&B, MV Stardust, Uig Pottery, Blythswood Square, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Promoter, Paperchase, the Douglas Hotel, Glenisle Hotel & Bistro, Buchan Ness Lighthouse, Cruden Bay Golf Club, Spoons B&B, MV Stardust, Uig Pottery, Blythswood Square, and their respective affiliates, agents, successors, employees, officers, directors and assigns are not responsible if any portion of the prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, weather or terrorism.
24. For name and county of prizewinner, send an SAE to VisitScotland and Paperchase Promotion, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh, EH6 6JH 1EP after 01.06.13.
25. Prizewinner will not be required to participate in publicity.
26. 27. The prize is governed by the laws of Scotland, which shall be exclusively applicable to any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the prize draw or these rules. Scottish courts shall have sole jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this prize draw provided that such exclusivity does not apply to legal actions initiated or brought by the Promoter.
