the council cant give us copies or dates of when the so called summons/requests for payment arrived. the CAB have said today we have a good chance of winning but must not let in any ballifs. we are trying to find out how the ballifs were informed of this so called debt.
at the moment its a tit for tat scenario.
its a labour run council.....
