Luckystar, I had both my deliveries the next working day..both delivered by Hermes. You should be able to track your parcel on the despatch email, mine both had a tracking link.

Just spoken to them , the order was never despatched despite the email which had no tracking information it was put down for collection from their offices ?? I now have to go and try and buy Easter eggs for my family with probably hardly any choice and will cost me a lot more money. So angry, they have escalated the complaint someone should phone me back within 48 hours, will never ever use them again :mad:
