Thorntons Easter Bargains

I've tried to use the vouchercodes code when checking out with a 5 for £20 offer and a couple of other bits but it won't allow me to use the code.
Have they changed the terms so you can't use it with another offer (5 for £20) ?

I had a terrible experience with Thorntons in Feb, when I bought some birthday pressies.

I was very unhappy, and asked to return the order. They said I'd have to pay to send it back. Really poor CS.

I won't order from them again now as it is too hit and miss.:(

Donnt think i will order from them again anytime soon they treat you as if you are a liar the courier was quite willing to confirm state of box. Sadly men being men my husband accepted it . I would have refused delivery but you live and learn.

Had the same problem. When I entered the voucher code it told me the code was not valid.
