email address for ceo of lloyds tsb please

my cc ppi claim was upheld by the fos on 24 december, it has since been with lloyds who are "calculating the amount" this has now been nearly 3 months, is this a normal time scale as i am discusted it is taking so long. I would like the email address of the ceo of lloyds so i can express how disgusted i am, i have banked with lloyds for over 30 years and they are quick enough to take my money, if someone could help i would be very grateful:)

Last year people on this site (me included) emailed Osario, we were all paid within 14 days.
I am not naive enough to think that Osario answers all his emails personally but he has staff that does and it is they who deal with it.

Mine has been in calculation since 1st December 2012 !! Everytime I call they can't tell me where I am in the processing queue. !! I am considering sending a further letter to complain about delay.
