my cc ppi claim was upheld by the fos on 24 december, it has since been with lloyds who are "calculating the amount" this has now been nearly 3 months, is this a normal time scale as i am discusted it is taking so long. I would like the email address of the ceo of lloyds so i can express how disgusted i am, i have banked with lloyds for over 30 years and they are quick enough to take my money, if someone could help i would be very grateful:)

Last year people on this site (me included) emailed Osario, we were all paid within 14 days.
I am not naive enough to think that Osario answers all his emails personally but he has staff that does and it is they who deal with it.0 -
Mine has been in calculation since 1st December 2012 !! Everytime I call they can't tell me where I am in the processing queue. !! I am considering sending a further letter to complain about delay.0
