I need to deduct £12 on an invoice but it is not letting me?

I sold three items and agreed to a £12 discount before buying. They Buy-it-nowed and I tryed to amend the invoice from £87 to 75 but it is only letting me take £8 off. Does anyone know why and if I can do anything to change this? I've tried juggling it by reducing postage but it is still not letting me.
Thanks for any help

Yes, the maximum you can take off is equal to the postage cost. But you can partial refund via paypal after payment.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
