Reclaiming Over Charged Invoices

Hi I am the treasurer of a small rugby club and have found that the owner of our pitches (The Local District Council) has overcharged for the use of them. (The formula used to calculate the costs is incorrect, In my eyes at least).

Does anybody know if we are able to have these invoices reviewed under the Limitations act?

If you think you are over-charged then go to the people that you think over-charged you. Tell them that you think you have been over-charged and explain to them the reason why you think that. It is as simple as that. If you have done that and you still think you are still being over-charged then perhaps the Club's solicitor needs to be contacted.
