Hi All
new here, have a mint credit card with about 4500 on it, but cap quest are looking after it, trying to get it settled as its in default , can capquest inforce it, or do they have to show ownership, hate dealing with DCA would rather deal direct with the bank,
On a plus side I have 1800 of ppi money to go back into this account, i havent accepted the offer yet as I want to use it as an offer to clear the debt.
Any advice or templates I can send CQ to prove owership, I havent made any payments to CQ over this one
