Does anyone do Printers like Cartridge World?

I work for a small company and we was going to get new printers with Cartridge World but there service was so poor we decided not to. The guy turned up, couldn't find us, went back then phoned us to tell us that we looked to small for Cartidge world because there was only one car outside (the fitters vans + the directors were out on site). Cartridge World messed us about so much we canceled the lot. So now I am wondering if any other company does a package like the one Cartridge World were offering us.
They were offering us:
2 Free Printers as long as we brought the ink from them. We wasn't purchasing the printers, we was just loaning them on the condition we brought the ink from Cartridge world which we was happy to do.
Are there any other companies that do the same sort of service?

I have had a lot of issues with ink from C/W blocking printers, so would avoid them.
Where I work, we have just leased some network attached MFDs from Xerox. They use a sort of wax block for their ink & the print quality is superb. Can't tell you the running costs, but I would hazard a guess they are cheaper to run then a laser.Never Knowingly Understood.
