My first reaction was to think that if T Cook said resort fees were included, then they would be included.

My second reaction was to check what resort fees were charged. The Mirage's website FAQs includes:
    • Resort Fee:
What is the Resort Fee and what does it include?A $25 Daily Resort fee, plus tax, is applied to each hotel reservation and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at The Mirage. The Daily Resort Fee includes the following hotel services; In-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, property-wide wireless Internet access, access to the Fitness Center at The Mirage Spa, daily newspaper available for pick-up at the Impulse Store and Bell Desk and unlimited local and toll-free calls. At The Business Services Center; complimentary notary service and up to 10 copies or faxes (black & white only), and complimentary printing of boarding passes. Boarding passes may also be printed at the three Internet kiosks located in The Mirage main lobby and Concierge.
Personally, I find such surcharges outrageous, especially as you are unlikely to use many/most of the services included. Complimentary notary service? :rotfl: I certainly didn't pay them at the Mirage, though that was some years ago.

I understand your concern. There are better ways of spending $25 a day. For the sake of reassurance, you should insist on confirmation from T Cook or your agent. If you have any screenshots of the offer, that would help though I'm guessing that would be difficult if you didn't make your own booking online.

    Good luck.

If its in the brochure it should be fine. I booked the Mirage through TC a few years ago & I don't remember having to pay any extra however the fitness centre was an extra charge then as I remember my husband paying for it as an option, so things may have changed.
