permitted work requirements

I am currently in receipt of IB. There is a local job which is 15hr pw. As it is also temporary ( with a possibility of being made permanent), i feel i dont want to come off the IB staright away. i know of permitted work, so i am hoping that i could( if i got the job) keep within the guidelines of this in this employment. Does anyone know what i need to do in regards of letting the IB people know about my intentions & permitted work? Also if ( as its in a pre-school) the job is for say 12 wks & then finishes can i simply go back onto IB or will i be deemed to be fit & able for any work that comes my way? I was med retired last nov & dearly miss working, but i am only fit enough to certain types of work, which in a small village there isnt the availablility.

I was under the impression that you can do permitted work of up to 16 hours a week and earn no more than £86 a week and still keep your IB.
