Hi all.
Basically I run a very small business I handle money over Paypal, Banks, etc I am paid and ship out the products. I have select returning customers. At the moment I don't have a site or intend to - I don't over eBay. It's more forum based.
So for the past 4-6 years I've used spreadsheets and atm I use a notebook with summit like this example
NAME PRODUCT(S) AMOUNT£ VIA PAID? DATE SHIPPED
J DOVER LAMP £40 PP YES 12/12/12 TRACKING HERE
As you see it anit the most professional and origised. Can someone recommend me software for doing this? Freeware ideally or a 30day thing.

If the business is small, your current system seems to work OK, why change? It can be hard changing to a new system as they are not as flexible as the human mind, so your simple tabulation may require several different forms to enter the data and be less apparent what needs shipping to whom and when.
You can try gnucash for free (always free, and fully featured), most systems are very similar, you could easily tie yourself up when your current system gives you everything you need!0
