    The rye mix from LIdl is worth it if you like rye bread but don't want to keep rye flour in all the time - and the bread is lovely although I'll agree about it being a funny colour.

    Doves farm do big packets of instant yeast whick work out cheaper than the envelopes - I just store mine in a clicky container and use it 1 tsp at a time.
