    The house was rented with certain facilities in working order and these should be on the inventory. The landlord can maintain, replace with similar or upgrade them.

    One reason why tenants on this board are told not to rent properties where the landlord or letting agent promises to fix or add things.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p
