Mint charges - claim help

Hi I wondered if anyone can help please. Mint have sent me a list of charges from 2007. They're all for £12 and relate to over limit and late fees. They total is £228 for over limit and £108 late charges. From what I understand £12 is seen as a reasonable amount but on the accompanying letter it says "if you do intend to write in requesting refunds on your default charges then we will require a certified copy of your marriage certificate in order for us to process your request. I got married after taking the card out but didn't change my name on the account.
I wondered is this worth pursuing or should I give up as they're all for £12?
Many thanks
