                    hello all
just after some advice. bought a top on ebay, it was listed as cotton and size medium unisex/ small medium also mentioned. the label says medium.
its a) tiny (i have another of this type of top hence buying similar), more a medium boy size than adult
and b) not pure cotton
the seller is being pretty unhelpful, though now offering to refund the cost (99p) not postage. she wont accept returns.
i rarely fall out with people on ebay- ive been mainly lucky, but im irritated ive bought something not as descibed. its not big bucks- 99p plus £3.75 postage. but its no use to me, and i dont like the misleading bit
am i being petty?

If you open a SNAD claim on ebay you will have to return it tracked for a full refund, but if you pack it well it won't cost more than £2.05 2nd class recorded. Assuming ebay find for you (and they almost certainly will) once you prove delivery back to the seller the seller will have to repay all your original payment. You will only be out of pocket for the return postage.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
