Quidco £100 cashback for Fidelty investment

Just wondered if any one has invested with Fidelity via the link on quidco to get the £100 cashback? Unsure of the terms and conditions as there didn't seem to be any. Has this worked for anyone?

    Potential catch is that you might not get the cashback for whatever reason. Payments through cashback sites are never guaranteed, so just consider them a welcome bonus along with something you were going to buy anyway.

    I also noticed this offer on Quidco yesterday. Does anyone know will this cashback offer apply for transferring in from another provider ? As I am already invested for this year.

    there is also 50% off annual management charge + £100 cb showing now.
