my judgement was "issued" yesterday - im aware they send copy to me and banks solicitors. Im assuming bank will either ignore, or try what ever tactics they can to not have to pay up.
Does anybody know any sort of procedure we have to take? or do we sit back and just wait?
as on the judgement i clicked for immediate payment - as i assume most people do and ive read on the CAG of some people hearing nothing and its 3weeks past etc

 HAVE SOMEMORE INFO
My friend who works at a solicitors gave me this advise - i started to fret due to getting various info from various sites - and sent her the below email
 to her -
think im in for a right carry on with Lloyds TSB - theres people online who had judgement issued over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from banks solicitors. also people saying lloyds are applying to have it "set aside" for 30 days!!
its soooo confusing scared incase i havent won and they get everything cancelled out.
 She replied -
THEY CAN NOT GET IT CANCELLED OUT - do not listen to people!!
Now you have judgement they need your permission to do anything - if they don't pay within the timescales allowed then you are able to enforce against them.
 Don't worry
And another of my friends who funnily enough got her judgement yest as well rang up moneyclaim before and got told the below -
woman at money claim said that if they haven’t replied after seven days then we could go for an enforcement (which I think she said costs another £55 but they should pay you this back as well) she said if you went for enforcement then this would give the bank a bad name and most banks don’t want this. She told me to ring back end next week if I haven’t heard anything and they will tell me what I have to do next.
I think half the problem on why it may take some people a long time is because we dont know what we are doing (i include myself in that) therefore give the banks longer and much more leaway than we should do in the first place - i think they then start with there delaying and scare tactics again.
im meeting my friend for tea tomorrow and she said she'll fill me in on whole procedure
from now on gonna go off what moneyclaim and my friend say and follow there advise therefore we cant go wrong.0

 Hi Liz
think theres a thread on here called something like "40days are up and nothing" if you look through the main forum page and you should find it - its happenin more and more as they cant keep up with the demand and loads of people having same problem so you may pick up some hints if you read though them all - will try and find thread so you and post it on here
do you have online banking? i know with LLoyds you can look back upto 5 and half years of statements if you have online banking.0
