What information about a new employer do I need to be able to update tax credits? I only have the name and address of the company at the moment and hubby has to work 2 weeks in hand before he gets paid, but want to update tax credits asap

When I tried to update tax credits about my partners change of job, they were not interested & said wait until the renewal letter comes out to us! Not sure if that is policy, or if the operator couldn't be bothered!!

No they have said this to me before! However, it did depend on who I got through to, because I have since updated childcare costs!

They said the same to us but I phoned back a couple of days later and a different operator took all the details there and then.
They took my signature away!!!!
