short midweek break - Scotland/north England

Hi everyone,

I had a look around the forums and I'm not sure where to post this one, hope I have found the correct place.

I am looking for a cheap, but good quality midweek break somewhere in Scotland or the north of England.

It's the first time I'll have been away with a new girlfriend so I'm looking for something a bit better than a Travelodge (I'll introduce her to Travelodges eventually...!).

It doesn't matter if it is a city break or in the middle of nowhere. I'm intending to spend most of the time in the jacuzzi anyway!

We can both go midweek - I guess this will make it cheaper.

Sometime in late April or anytime in May or June.

I thought someone on here may be able to point me to some good deals.

Many thanks for ready, I appreciate it.

Thanks,

Gav

  • Anyone got any ideas?

I used to check the Hilton hotels website because they, once or twice, had some really good deals. No such luck these days.

    Thank you.
