Scottish Hydro Saying Winter Rebate Application Not Recieved?
Hi
A friend applied for the winter rebate which should have been due round about now?Sent of application last year..
Called Scottish Hydro to query when he would get £130 credit?
Advised they had not Received application,cut off date has passed,nothing can be done?
Is there anything at all he can do to??
