I have a spray bottle of white vinegar, lemon juice and a splash of washing up liquid. I use it to clean everywhere that's sprayable, kitchen or bathroom.

I read this title and thought it said that you were the Detox Queen, I thought you were going to ask for body cleansing smoothie recipies or something :o

I use a spray bottle filled with water and a few drops of bleach when the surfaces have a stubborn stain or have had raw poultry on them. I don't really like the smell of bleach though so try not to use too much. Must try and convert to something less offensive. Apart from that just a clean damp cloth which I run through the dishwasher/washing machine and replace regularly.

Hot water, elbow grease, ecover and sometimes stardrops for me - I live on a boat and all "grey water" goes into the river.

Would you spray your dinner plate with dettox before eating off of it?

This is a very good point. Many of my friends subscibe to the to the 'spray and wipe' method of cleaning their kitchens and are amazed when I tell them I use hot soapy water! I sometimes use SquirtEco, but the worktops are always properly cleaned each day. :)

Hot soapy water - even for places where raw poultry has been. And my family is famed for having cast iron stomachs - even when other peoples cooking is a bit dodgy - it's either immunity we've built up or the winalot the kids consumed from the dog bowl when they were little!

I use Sqirteco once a week but more for the smell....

I think vinegar kills a lot of things, bit of an added advantage though is that the combination also repels ants. It sure does clean a burnt on hob too.

I use a clean microfibre cloth each day for my kitchen, and usually just hot water. Bugs love to multiply in used cloths, so I can't bear to use yesterday's one again IYSWIM.

I use additional microfibre cloths when I do my routine cleaning, and I wash the whole lot once a week at 90 degrees - which also gives my WM insides a thorough clean.
