I've never used fresh yeast in my breadmaker. Can anyone give me clear instructions on the best way to do so? I always make a 1.5 lb loaf as this suits my family's needs the most. Sometimes it is white, sometimes wholemeal. i used the basic bread setting and just put the yeast in at the same point that I would have added powderedYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever
