1. The Promotion is open to UK, IoM and CI residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of Nestl! UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Closing date for this draw is midnight on Sunday 31st March 2013.
3. Winners and their guest must be 18 or over, except where the winner is the parent or legal guardian of the accompanying minor.

4. There are 83 prizes on two tiers: The first tier consists of three prizes available to be won, each consisting of:
- 1 Pair of special viewing passes to attend the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 21st April 2013, which are for seats in the grandstand, near the finish line, with the opportunity to see the best runners in the world crossing the lines, followed by mass runners
- Hot food and sandwiches will be provided for lunch
N.B. The selling or auctioning of these special viewing passes is strictly prohibited.
The second tier consists of 80 prizes of a Nestl! Pure Life pedometer each.

5. Participation is by online entry only. No purchase necessary to enter. To enter, visit https://www.nestle-purelife.co.uk and complete an online registration form.
6. Entries received by any other means (including postal) will be excluded.
7. Entrants must complete all required fields on the online entry form to be in with a chance of winning including name, address, email address, date of birth and phone number.
8. Only one entry per household. Any entrant found to be attempting to circumvent this by use of multiple email accounts will be disqualified. Bulk entries from consumers, consumer groups, the Trade or any third parties will not be accepted.
9. The draw will include all entries received up to and including midnight on the closing date and will take place within 3 working days of the closing date. The name of 83 entrants will be drawn at random, under independent supervision, from all valid entries. The first three draw shall be deemed the potential winners of a tier 1 prize. The next 80 entrants drawn will be deemed the potential winners of a tier 2 prize. The potential winners of the tier 1 prize will be contacted, within 7 days after the closing date, initially by phone to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Following confirmation of the above the entrants of the top three prizes will be deemed to be winners and will be contacted by phone by the Promoter's agency to make all necessary arrangements for attendance on the day, including how to collect their tickets. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the potential winner during this time. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of first attempting to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
10. Pedometers winners will be contacted by letter and their prizes despatched within 28 days of notification.
