Barclaycard Balance Transfer Issue

I've come across an issue with a Barclaycard Balance Transfer.
This may be me being stupid, and not reading the small print, so please bear with me.
I have a Balance Transfer of approx £2k which is on 0% interest until later this year.
I carried out the transfer on 15th Nov 2012, it appeared on my Dec 12 statement. I then paid off the difference between my new balance and the balance transfer, on time.
On my Jan 2013 statement I did the same -paid off the difference between my new balance and the balance transfer, on time.
I've just discovered that on my Feb 2013 statement I have been charged interest on my standard balance, which shocked me!
I have just spoken to Barclaycard and been told this is correct, it is because I am not paying the full balance, and they recommend if I do not wish to pay any more interest I should pay off my transactions and stop using the card.
Is this correct? I do not remember seeing this mentioned on your Balance Transfer tips.
Best Regards.

The terms will explain this.
Purchases are only interest free if you pay THE WHOLE STATEMENT BALANCE in full every month. You didn't, so they are not interest free.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.
The earth does not belong to us.
