Infuriating isn't it,,
Almost as infuriating as finding out that the lamb steak you took out of the freezer yesterday and were REALLY looking forward to, is actually a chicken bosom!!!

Rethink!
Hehe at the chicken bosom.
Have subscribed.
Hope you do well - just like me you like food shopping and filling the freezer! I am doing the same as you, trying to only eat what's in the freezer. 4 drawers jam packed full of stuff, can't get anything else in there and there's only one person using this freezer! Shame on me.
Good luck with the card debt - I am doing the same, so can relate. Freedom is in sight!* * * Catriona's Credit Card Countdown * * * from -£16k to debt neutraldom - for my debt diary click here

Hi Catriona, welcome to my world!
Haven't done anything with the fish or the bosom yet but I have made a whopping (and I mean WHOPPING!!!) pan of carrot & parsnip soup! I was very MSE too. I needed to roast a gammon joint for the weekend (special offer at ASDA) but instead of using the gas in the oven, I just chucked it into the soup for two hours. Came out lovely and moist and added a stock to the soup! Clever me!!!
